What is the map for and what are the working options it provides?
Interactive map of Haskovo – Evros bioregion is an internet-based tool, through which you can visualize the following information:
– the geographical boundaries of the Haskovo – Evros bioregion;
– the geographical boundaries of the constituent administrative units (municipalities in Haskovo region) for Bulgaria and the constituent administrative units at the level of the municipality for the geographic region of Evros, Greece within Haskovo – Evros bioregion;
– information on general characteristics of the bioregion, such as name, location, administrative affiliation and others;
– data on current air temperature in the constituent administrative units (municipalities in Haskovo reion) for Bulgaria and, respectively, in the constituent administrative units at the level of the municipality for the geographical area of Evros, Greece within Haskovo – Evros bioregion;
– data on the number of producers, processors and traders of agricultural products and food produced in organic way, incl. data on payments for organic production to them in the constituent administrative units (municipalities in Haskovo region) for Bulgaria. The map has the option to add this information for the constituent administrative units at the municipality level for the geographical area of Evros, Greece within Haskovo – Evros bioregion (when data is available).
– data on the distribution of the types of organic activities (plant breeding, animal breeding, processing, trade – if information is available) in the constituent administrative units (municipalities in Haskovo region) for Bulgaria. The map has the possibility to add this information for the constituent administrative units at the municipality level for the geographical area of Evros, Greece within the Haskovo – Evros bioregion (if data is available).
– data for the top 3 certified types of activities of the producers, processors and traders of agricultural products and food produced in organic way (if information is available) in the constituent administrative units (municipalities in Haskovo region) for Bulgaria. The map has the possibility to add this information for the constituent administrative units at the municipality level for the geographical area of Evros, Greece within the Haskovo – Evros bioregion (if data is available).
